Once we review and confirm the problem, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Defective Item Claims

To be eligible for a refund due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • the item must be unused, where possible, and in its original packaging
  • you must provide proof of purchase and photos showing the problem

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • perishable goods
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
